I’m thrilled to have you as a speaker for the second annual School Support That Sticks Summit—an event that breaks school support out of its single-topic silos so parents can hear from experts across different fields and walk away with practical ideas they can actually use with their kids.

This page is designed to give you all the information you need for a successful and fun speaker experience.

The basics

The School Support That Sticks Summit (Oct 27–30, 2025) is a free, online event for parents of K–12 kids who need more support at school. Maybe they have a diagnosis (or a couple), or maybe their parents are just starting to suspect something’s off. These families need tools, not fluff.

Each day focuses on a specific theme. Sessions are short (<30 minutes), practical, and designed for busy parents.

Daily Themes:

Day 1: Understanding Your Unique Learner
Day 2: Learning Differences & Academic Skills
Day 3: Emotions, Behavior & Mental Health
Day 4: Advocacy, Mindset & Everyday Wins

You’ll be helping families who are motivated, overwhelmed, and looking for someone who gets it.

How it will all work

The summit will run from Monday October 26th until Thursday October 29th with 6-7 pre-recorded sessions each day. Each presentation should be under 30 minutes (including up to 3 minutes at the end for you to pitch your own services, product, etc.).

Presentations can EITHER be prepared and recorded by you and then submitted by October 1st, OR we can schedule an interview. Choose which format works best for you.

Sign-up for attendees is free, but there will be a Parent Power Pack upgrade available. Speakers can make affiliate commissions of 40% on all upgrade sales made through their unique links. More affiliate info is below.

Free access will include 48 hours to watch the presentations from the time they drop. Parent Power Pack access will allow for watching for 6 months post event.

All speakers will be asked to provide a freebie – short course, checklist, audio program, whatever works for you – to be offered to all participants. Please provide a link where attendees can grab the resource and be added to your email list.

Optional: speakers can also give away another resource (that’s a paid product) as a bonus in the Parent Power Pack. This is a way to gain further exposure with attendees and add to the desirability of the Parent Power Pack upgrade which boosts your potential affiliate payout!

All speakers will get free access to the Parent Power Pack upgrade.

Required of all speakers:

Submit the following information: short bio, square headshot, description of your session, a link to the free resource to give away and your optional Power Pack contribution. Freebies, Parent Power Pack contributions & Growing your audience info sheet
Submit your pre-recorded presentation under 30 minutes long.
OR - schedule a time to record your interview with Scotti
Promote the summit to your own email list and social media at least one time each during the promotion period. The more we promote, the more potential we have to sell upgrades and grow our lists. We’ll provide swipe copy, graphics, and everything you need to make this super easy (and simple to pass off to a VA or other staff).

Optional for speakers:

Submit an additional resource for the Parent Power Pack bonus bundle. This should be something you normally charge for.
There will be a participant Facebook group active during the summit. Your participation is not required, but it’s a great place to answer questions and get more exposure to attendees.
There will be opportunities (TBD) for co-working and panels that speakers may be able to participate in. These will give you a chance to network and provide more value for attendees.
We’ll be giving away prizes during the summit and speakers are welcome to contribute something. If you have a product, book, or other prize, just let me know when you fill out the speaker info form. I want to make the event extra fun for everyone!

Presentation Info

Presentations should be less than 30 minutes in length and provide parents with actionable tips and information. Our goal is to give parents the tools and resources they need. They WANT to learn from you.

Decide if you’d like to record your own presentation (with or without slides), or if you’d prefer to do an interview. Submit the video file by October 1st.

If you choose interview, please schedule a time to record by October 1st here.

Feel free to pitch your freebie at the end of your presentation (the link will be below your video on the presentation page!) and mention your business and how you help parents just like them. Encourage them to connect with you and get on your email list.

RECORD YOUR PRESENTATION

Decide whether you’d prefer to submit a pre-recorded <30 minute presentation or be interviewed by Scotti.

PROMOTE THE SUMMIT

Send at least one email to your whole list and post at least once on social media about the summit during the Promotion window October 13-30th. More is always welcome and we all benefit from our collective promotion. If you want to make affiliate sales, promote the event.

Parent Power Pack Info

The Parent Power Pack is the upgraded bonus offer available to attendees. It provides extended access to presentations (6 months vs 48 hours in the free version), additional panelist session & training, and bonus resources from our amazing speakers.

To make this a super-valuable resource for parents we’re asking you to add an additional product to this bonus pack. This could be an e-book, small or large course, worksheet, membership, or ??. Make it something you don’t normally give away for free. (1:1 services aren’t a great fit)
